Arrival Procedures:

Drivefly will ring you 20-30 minutes before your scheduled arrival to confirm your drop off time.

You will need to call Drivefly in the event that you are running late or early. This is so that Drivefly can tweak their schedule to fit you in.

Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier is the designated off airport meet and greet area which right next to the pay point station.

One of the chauffeurs will greet you are the arranged meeting point. This chauffeur will have all of your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with the Drivefly company logo on it.

Parking Procedures:

Your Drivefly chauffeur will park your car for you at the secure compound.

Return Procedures:

Please call Drivefly once you have picked up all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays kindly let us know.

A chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

Directions:

If you are coming via the M1 motorway come off at the slip road which goes into M1 junction 10A to a large roundabout. Take the second exit which is sign posted as 'Airport'. The airport is well sign posted from this point.

Please go into the airport and at the first roundabout head straight across and go under the tunnel which welcomes you to London Luton Airport.

Security:

Drivefly's drivers are all fully insured to drive your vehicle and the secure compound is also insured. Your car is driven to a nearby secure compound with laser-beam security systems, CCTV and is manned by 24 hour security. Your car will remain safely here until you return.

Disabled Facilities:

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
