Pass a row of shops, over the bridge and take first turn on left, opposite Hayward Tyler.

From A505 Hitchin and A1 Motorway: As you get to the main roundabout for London Luton Airport, instead of turning left into Airport, turn right into Kimpton Road, you will pass Vauxhall Motors on your right and showroom on the left, pass a row of shops, over a bridge and take first turn on left opposite Hayward Tyler.
